  • SHIPPING 

    Most orders placed before 1pm central time zone will be shipped the same day.  PLEASE NOTE: This excludes weekends and holidays.

    RETURN POLICY and RETURN PROCESS as of 9/1/23

    Thank you for your order and we hope you are happy with your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund** only if it is postmarked within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase with the required RMA number included. To return an item, please email customer service at shetleecorp@yahoo.com to obtain the required Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your unique RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address below. NOTE: All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Otherwise, a restocking fee will be charged.

    Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

    Again: All returns** must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. 

    REFUNDS

    After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will immediately process your return. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process, depending upon your bank. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement despite our prompt attention.

    • Any used Parts
    • Wheels
